Uline, Inc. is committed to the privacy of its customers. This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through our website and employees.

  • Some of these service providers may be located outside of Canada, including in the United States.

Uline does not knowingly disclose mobile phone numbers to third parties for marketing purposes.

In addition to the above, we may disclose personal information as necessary to comply with federal, state, local laws, or court orders, law enforcement requests, the defense or exercise of other legal claims, or to maintain an evidentiary privilege. We may also disclose your information in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Uline’s assets.

  • We implement robust safety measures aimed at safeguarding data from unauthorized access, alteration, and deletion.
  • Controlled access with security protocols and data encryption is mandatory to prevent unauthorized disclosure and maintain data integrity.
  • Compliance with Uline’s security policies is mandatory for employees, consultants and contractors.
  • Access to personal information is limited based on an employee’s role or function and each employee is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all personal information to which they have access.

Information Choices:

  • Direct Mail – to opt out of catalog/promotional mailings, visit Marketing Preferences.
  • Email - to opt out of marketing emails, click on the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of our emails.
    • Note: This will not remove you from non-promotional email messages regarding your account (i.e. order confirmations).
  • Interest-Based Ads – please Ads & Tracking.
  • Please contact Uline if you wish to opt out of partner marketing or update/remove personal information.

Consumer Data Rights:

Depending on the jurisdiction in which you reside, you may have the right to:

  • Request access or request a copy to the personal information Uline has collected about you;
  • Request that Uline delete your Personal Information or restrict its use;
  • Correct inaccurate personal information and/or

Your rights are subject to applicable legal restrictions and we may take appropriate steps to verify your identity before responding to your request.

In the future, Uline may update this privacy policy to reflect unanticipated practices not outlined above. These changes will be posted to the website, and users are invited tos occasionally review the Privacy Policy.
