To create a pricing request online:

• Step 1: Add items to your cart and click on the "Checkout" button.
• Step 2: Fill out your shipping information and click "Continue".
• Step 3: Select payment type and click on the "View Pricing Request" button.
• Step 4: Email or download your Pricing Request.
