APPEARANCE:
  • Changed from brown film with a white paper liner to translucent/clear film with a clear plastic liner in March 2024.
APPLICATION:
  • Ensure surface is clean and clear of debris.
  • Bonding:
    • Application Temperature: 107° - 140° C (224° - 284° F)
      • Apply for 10 - 60 seconds with 15 - 40 PSI.
      • Up to 70 PSI may be needed depending on material size.
  • Pre-Tacking:
    • Application Temperature: 70° - 110° C (158° - 230° F)
      • Apply for 10 - 30 seconds with 15 - 40 PSI.
  • Curing/ Crosslinking:
    • Creates highest bond strength.
    • Fast Curing:
      • Application Temperature: 140° - 177° C (284° - 350° F)
      • Apply for 8 - 10 minutes with 10 - 20 PSI.
    • Slow Curing:
      • Application Temperature: 110° - 121° C (230° - 250° F)
      • Apply for 4 - 15 hours with 10 - 20 PSI.
